How do I care for my MADE YOU LOOK garment?
Cold Wash, No Tumble Dry, Cool Iron only if necessary.
Bright Colours
While the bright colours will fade over time, to prolong colour intensity we recommend that you wash and dry the item inside out. Do not leave them sitting wet with other garments and line dry in the shade immediately after washing.
SHIPPING
Where do items get shipped?
Your package will be sent directly to you using a door-to-door courier. Remember to provide your daytime address. See Shipping & Returns for more details.
RETURNS
Can I exchange an item?
- MADE YOU LOOK will happily exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Items must be returned as unused, unworn and in original condition.
- All Sale purchases are final

ORDERING
All orders are processed by our website.
Can I make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse which may take up to 5 business days. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact us by email info@madeyoulook.co.za
How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?
- MADE YOU accepts PayFast , EFT payments and Gift Vouchers.
- We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment method.
Is it safe to use my credit card on MADEYOULOOK.CO.ZA?
Yes, shopping at MADEYOULOOK.co.za is safe and secure.

What if my credit card shows multiple payments?
The payment page will only process the payment once.
However if you see multiple charges on your card then you either:
- clicked ‘submit’ more than once at the checkout stage due to poor internet connection; or
- moved back to update and or change your order or details.
